On birthday, Giannis Antetokounmpo questionable Monday at home vs. Cavs
On his birthday, Giannis Antetokounmpo is questionable Monday for the Milwaukee Bucks, who host the Cleveland Cavs.
Antetokounmpo turned 27 on Monday. He has missed the last two games with a calf injury.
Two new Milwaukee old-timers should suit up, however.
Wesley Matthews signed late last week and made his Bucks debut Saturday, playing 12 minutes. This is the second go-round in Milwaukee for the 35-year-old, who averaged 7.4 points for the Bucks in 2019-2020.
DeMarcus Cousins should also play Monday. The 31-year-old center was recently signed after starter Brook Lopez underwent back surgery. Cousins played 11 minutes Saturday, after missing a game due to conditioning.
Pregame for Cavs-Bucks begins at 6:30 p.m. Listen on WKTY 96.7 FM / 580 AM.
