It’s playoff time for high school football in Wisconsin.

The coaches argued their cases on Saturday afternoon, and the WIAA has come out with the final pairings and road to a state title.

Four Mississippi Valley Conference teams qualified for the playoffs, though only one will host in the first round.

That team is Onalaska, which won the conference outright by defeating Holmen on Friday.

The Hilltoppers earned a No. 2 seed and will face Monroe on Friday night.

Sparta is also in that grouping in Division 3 and travels to Reedsburg in Level 1.

Holmen, which lost its final two games earned a No. 5 seed and will take the long trip to Watertown in Division 2.

Central beat West Salem last Friday to qualify. The sixth-seeded Red Raiders are in Holmen’s region and will take on Milton.

WKTY 96.7 FM / 580 AM will have coverage of the Holmen-Watertown game.

WIZM 92.3 FM / 1410 AM will have the call of Onalaska-Monroe.
