Bucks improve to 4-0 with preseason win over Wizards

The Milwaukee Bucks moved to 4-0 in the preseason with a 115-108 win over the Washington Wizards on Sunday.

Giannis Antetokounmpo didn’t play because of an illness. Khris Middleton and Ersan Ilyasova picked up the slack, combining for 40 points.

Newcomer Drogan Bender had 12 points, 8 rebounds in 21 minutes off the bench. The former Number 4 overall pick, has averaged 13 points so far this preseason.

The Bucks wrap up preseason Thursday at home against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

They open the season Oct. 24 at the James Harden-Russell Westbrook, new-look Houston Rockets. Then they head home Oct. 26 to host the Miami Heat.
