Rodgers says he has sprained knee, doesn’t practice
Aaron Rodgers didn’t practice with his team Wednesday.
During the Green Bay Packers’ open locker room period, the 34-year-old quarterback told reporters sat out to rehab what he called a sprained knee.
“There was a lot of adrenaline,” Rodgers told reporters, “and (it’s) pretty sore the last three days.”
The Packers host the Minnesota at noon Sunday and Vikings coach Mike Zimmer is not preparing for DeShone Kizer.

Coach Mike McCarthy said he was encouraged, of course, that Rodgers was rehabbing with other injured players but made no promises about him practicing at all this week.
“He’s always responded, puts a lot of extra time in,” McCarthy told reporters. “So, we’ll see what tomorrow brings.”
