He’s coming home
This is happening tomorrow night.
Oh, Kevin Love is also coming back to Minnesota, as well.
As of right now, the Timberwolves seem to have gotten the better player, and at a third of the price. And, Love could be gone at the end of the season.
Love is shooting a dreadful 42.4 percent from the field and 33 percent from beyond the arc. He’s averaging 17.1 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
Bad percentages, but not bad numbers, unless you compare them to Love last season when he averaged 26.1 points, 12.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists. He shot much better – 45.7 from the field and 37.6 from deep.
Wiggins, on the other hand, is shooting better than Love and with less help. He’s putting up 15.1 points on 42.9 percent shooting from the field and 35.7 from beyond the arc.
He’s also chipping in 4.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.1 steals.
If the Cavs could do it all over again, they would, with little doubt, keep Wiggins.
