Jacobs scores 3 TDs, as Packers destroy 49ers, who started 32-year-old backup QB Allen
With San Francisco out its starting quarterback and left tackle, the Green Bay Packers made easy work of the 49ers at Lambeau Field on Sunday.
Josh Jacobs had 106 yards and three touchdowns on 25 carries, while Jordan Love was 13-for-23 for 163 yards with two scores and no interceptions in the Packers 38-10 win.
Brandon Allen, a 32-year-old backup quarterback, who hadn’t thrown more than four passes in a game since January of 2021, was 17 of 29 for 199 yards with a touchdown to George Kittle and an interception.
