The top-seeded Warriors (10-1) — who sit just outside the Medium Division Top 10 — have ended Onalaska’s seasons in three of the past six years (2017, 2018, 2021).

The No. 3-seeded Hilltoppers (8-3), however, got revenge last year in this very round, before ultimately falling to West Salem to get to state.

The winner will face either top-seeded Mount Horeb/Barneveld, which is ranked just outside the Top 10 in the Large Division, or Notre Dame, which is ranked fifth in the Medium Division.

Onalaska quarterback Adam Skifton has thrown for over 500 yards, eight touchdowns and no interceptions in two playoff wins.

Rice Lake has scored 50 points in each of their playoff games, including a 50-7 win over Logan. The Hilltoppers beat the Rangers 36-35 back on Sept. 15.
