Giannis Antetokounmpo’s availability for the Milwaukee Bucks in Wednesday’s Game 2 against the Miami Heat will simply depend on how his back responds.

The Bucks say they’re optimistic the 28-year-old will be able to play, after suffering a back contusion in the first quarter of Monday’s loss.
“There was an X-ray that was clear here, so we’ll monitor him, see how he does,” Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer said. “See how he wakes up, how he feels the rest of tonight and tomorrow.”
Meanwhile, Heat guard Tyler Herro broke the ring finger on his shooting hand and is out 4-6 weeks.
