A nation’s best win streak and a fifth consecutive trip to the state championship are on the line this morning for Caledonia High School’s football team

At 11 a.m. from U.S. Bank Stadium, it’s a 1-versus-2 matchup in the Minnesota state Class 2A semifinals between the top-ranked Warriors and Barnesville.

Caledonia has won four consecutive state titles and has won 66 consecutive games heading into today’s semifinals, which will be aired on Classic Hits 94.7 and online here by clicking “listen live”.

On top of the four state championships, Caledonia is 9-0 since 2007 when it gets to the title game.

The last time the Warriors lost a state title was 2005, when former Tennessee Titan Karl Klug was playing defensive end and running back for Caledonia.

The Warriors lost 21-7 to Eden Valley-Watkins that season.
