How area teams did at the WIFA State Ice Fishing Championship
Several area high school teams fared well in the 2025 Wisconsin Interscholastic Fishing Association State Ice Fishing Championship held in La Crosse on February 15.
A total of 79 teams of high school students from around the state competed on Pools 7 and 8 for 7.5 hours beginning at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning.
