No. 14 UW-Oshkosh ends UW-La Crosse’s season in WIAC semifinals

The UW-La Crosse women’s basketball team’s season ended Thursday in the WIAC playoffs with a 77-52 loss to No. 14 UW-Oshkosh.
Paige Schumann had 17 points on 5-for-8 shooting to lead the Eagles (13-14), who were outscored 25-16 in the fourth quarter.
The Titans (22-4), who shot 51.6 percent for the game and 57.1 percent in the fourth, swept UW-L in three games this season.
The Eagles shot just 37.5 percent from the field and were outrebounded 43-20, including 14-3 on the offensive glass.
