Before firing first-year coach Adrian Griffin, the Milwaukee Bucks were tied with the Minnesota Timberwolves for the second-best record in the NBA.

Ten games later, with Doc Rives at the helm, Milwaukee has won three games, after falling 113-110 to the Memphis Grizzlies last night.

The NBA now pauses for a week for the all-star break. Rivers said his team was perhaps looking ahead to the break.

They let a Memphis team, which has the seventh worst record in the NBA, beat them without Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson, Marcus Smart, and Desmond Bane.

Instead, Ziaire Williams and a guy named GG Jackson both went off for 27 points apiece.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 35 points and 12 assists. He missed two of his 17 shots. Damian Lillard finished with 24 points. He missed 14 of his 21 shots.
