La Crosse native Lexi Donarski had 10 points, six rebounds Tuesday in helping the 24th-ranked North Carolina women’s basketball team get a 61-52 win over Oklahoma.
Donarski was 4-for-10 from the field, including 2 of 8 from deep. She had just one turnover in 37 minutes of action.

The Tar Heels (8-4) were down five after the first quarter but went on a 36-17 run over the next two periods — including 16-4 in the third — to pull away.
Donarski, a 6-foot senior, is fourth on the team in scoring, averaging 10.2 points on 37.1 percent shooting. She’s started 11 of 12 games this season, after transferring from Iowa State where she started her collegiate career out of Aquinas High School.
