No. 11 UW-La Crosse women’s soccer headed to NCAAs, after winning WIAC tourney

For the fifth time in school history, the UW-La Crosse women’s soccer team won the WIAC tournament title.
The 3-0 win Saturday over UW-Platteville also earned the 11th-ranked Eagles an automatic bid to the Division III playoffs.
It will be the sixth time UW-L (17-1-1) has punched their ticket to the playoffs.
Pairing will happen at 12:30 p.m. Monday, with first-round games happening Friday or Saturday.
