Two state titles, two consecutive seasons. That about sums up Collin Conzemius’ weekend.

The Aquinas High School senior ran away with two titles at the WIAA state track and field championships at UW-La Crosse — again.

The senior repeated as state champ in both the Division 2 100- and 200-meter dashes.

He also was the anchor on a third-place relay team.

OTHER NOTEWORTHY FINISHES:

Central High’s Bennett Fried took home a silver and two bronze D1 medals — finishing third in both the triple jump, long jump and taking second in the 200 with a personal best time.

Lydia Lazarescu finished third in the D1 100 for Onalaska.

Sam Crenshaw won the D3 pole vault for Bangor, clearing 15-feet.

Braylee Hyatt won the 200 for Cashton — one of four events the senior competed in.

Elijah Brown won the 100 dash for Tomah — the school’s first individual state title in 71 years.

For the second-consecutive season, Erin Gluch won the D3 high jump for Westby. She cleared 5-foot-8 this time — three inches higher than her previous best.

Casidi Pehler won the D2 pole vault for Arcadia.

Wesley Pronschinske took 2nd in the D3 3,200 for Cochrane-Fountain City.
