Packers schedule out, with Jordan Love at helm, Green Bay gets 5 primetime games
The Green Bay Packers schedule is out, and Jordan Love’s first game as a full-time starter will be against the team his predecessor always claimed to “own.”
Green Bay kicks off the season at the Chicago Bears, while Aaron Rodgers and the NY Jets will play home Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills.
Sadly, the schedule-makers didn’t see fit to pit the Jets and Packers against one another.
The first game of the NFL season will be the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Detroit Lions.
The Packers have five primetime games with Love at the helm and will also be at Detroit at 11:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving.
The biggest game on the schedule looks to be hosting Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs for Sunday Night Football on the Lambeau Field (possibly) frozen tundra Dec. 3.
Green Bay will also play against Davante Adams and the LA Raiders on Monday Night Football Oct. 9, but that will not be a homecoming for the All-Pro wideout.
