On Thursday, WKTY will have live coverage of the high school girls state tournament with two local teams in action.
At approximately 3:15 p.m., the West Salem, the sixth-ranked team in Division 3, faces unranked Kewaskum.
The Panthers are making their first state appearance since 1997.
At 6:35 p.m., top-ranked Aquinas will face unranked Mishicot in Division 4.
The Blugolds last won a state championship in 2019 — their second consecutive title.
The West Salem game can be heard on WKTY, 96.7 FM and 580 AM.
The Aquinas game can be heard on WIZM, 92.3 FM / 1410 AM / 106.7 FM (north of Onalaska).
Both games will be streamed on wktysports.com or the WKTY app.
