Two area teams will meet in the Sectional Semifinals of the Girls D4 Basketball tournament Thursday night in Onalaska.
Aquinas (25-1) and Bangor (20-6) are the 1 and 2 seeds of the sectional, respectively.
The Bluegolds have 3 players averaging over double figures in scoring, led by Macy Donarski with 20 a game. Nora Tucker leads Bangor with 14 points per game.
This will be a rematch of the game played at the Midwest Players Classic in January, when Aquinas won 80-40. Aquinas is looking to return to the state tournament after falling in this round last season. Bangor meanwhile lost in the Sectional Finals in Division 5 last year.
