
La Crosse Donarski plays all 40, scores 12, as No. 20 Tar Heels hold off Miami
La Crosse native Lexi Donarski had 12 points, three rebounds, two steals an assist and no turnovers in helping the 20th-ranked North Carolina women’s basketball team take out Miami 66-61.
Donarski led the team, playing 40 minutes. The 6-foot senior was 5-for-11 from the field and 2 of 6 from beyond the arc.
All five starters for the Tar Heels (15-5) scored in double figures, while holding the Hurricanes (12-6) to 38.2 percent shooting.
