The domination started right off the bat for the UW-La Crosse football team Saturday afternoon in a 62-7 first-round Division III playoff win over Minnesota-Morris at Roger Harring Stadium.
Jack Janke took the opening kickoff 90 yards to the end zone.
That set the tone for a record-setting performance by senior Keyser Helterbrand.
The quarterback finished 13-for-14 for 175 yards and four touchdowns, breaking a UW-L record for yards from scrimmage in a season (3,051).
The Eagles led 35-0 after the first quarter and 52-0 at halftime. Most of the starters were out before half.
Days Oye had 115 yards, including a 45-yard score for UW-L, which will play home Saturday against Aurora, which defeated Coe 20-7.
