WKTY Cares presented a check this week to RUSH Wisconsin West soccer club, thanks to sponsors Kratt Lumber Company of La Crosse and Reinhart Foodservice, which donated the $1,000.
RUSH provides kids of all ages a chance to play competitive soccer, play in tournaments and attend camps.
President Scott Thesing said the money will be used to fund the club’s scholarship program, which allows kids to join the regardless of their family’s financial situation.
