WATCH: Holmen go for title Thursday in 39th Annual Bi-State Classic at the La Crosse Center
Seventy-one teams embarked on the newly opened La Crosse Center, downtown, Wednesday and will compete in finals Thursday in the 39th Annual Bi-State Classic.

Tickets for the final sessions cost $12 for adults, $10 for students at the box office
Wednesday’s matches can streamed, as well.
After Day 1, Holmen High School’s wrestling team is alone on top of the Division 1 standings, 28 points ahead of second-place Marshfield. In Division 3, Aquinas sits in second place, 43 points behind Iowa-Grant/Highland.
Holmen’s Andrew Weiss improved to 14-1 on the season with three pins Wednesday. The junior will wrestle in today’s semifinals along with three other teammates.
Doors for Thursday’s finals open at 8:30 a.m. for Session 3, while spectators can get into the La Crosse Center (map) for Session 4, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
