The Milwaukee Brewers ended the season in a bit of a free fall, though they did have the NL Central Division wrapped up.

The Brewers, who take on Atlanta in a five-game series beginning Friday in Milwaukee — time TBD — have lost 10 of their final 14 games.

Six of those 10 came against the St. Louis Cardinals and others came in a three-game sweep by the LA Dodgers, who had something to play for to end the year.

Both the Dodgers and Cardinals are, of course, in the playoffs, as well.

Against Atlanta this season, the Brewers are 3-3, losing a series back in May 1-2 and winning a series in late July 2-1.

Milwaukee didn’t have Christian Yelich — who has, admittedly, struggled batting .248 with nine home runs this season — in either series.
