Three area high school girls basketball players were named all-state on Monday.

Prairie du Chien junior Lily Krahn was named second team all-state by The Associated Press, Aquinas sophomore Macy Donarski made third team and Onalaska senior Olivia Gamoke was fourth team.

Donarski averaged 19.7 points, 7.0 assists and 3.9 rebounds for the Blugolds (22-1), who lost 78-67 to Lake Mills in the Division 3 state championship.

Krahn averaged 20.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists for PdC (17-3), which only lost this season to state qualifiers Aquinas, Onalaska and Lake Mills.

Gamoke averaged 20.1 points 6.1 rebounds and 2.5 steals for the Hilltoppers (17-4), which lost 64-42 in the state semifinals to eventual Division 2 champions Notre Dame (27-1).

Aquinas junior Jacy Weisbrod received “high” honorable mention, having gotten at least one all-state vote, while three others were named honorable mention — West Salem junior Ella Jordan, Blair-Taylor sophomore Lindsay Steien and Sparta senior Callie Ziebell.
