A Green Bay Packers fan professed her love for Aaron Rodgers, and was a little disappointed when he wasn’t at the hospital when she came to.
In a hilarious two-minute video, 18-year-old Callie Kessler, munching on Popsicles after getting her tonsils removed, talks about how great Rodgers is and how he would have probably gotten her 400 Popsicles if he was at the hospital
(NOTE: She drops an F-bomb early)
And, you know what, he did — eventually!
Rodgers’ girlfriend, famed race car driver Danica Patrick, saw the viral video, got Kessler’s address and she and Rodgers sent her four giant boxes of 100 Popsicles each, which of course ended up on twitter.
Kessler told Kelly McLaughlin of Business Insider that she was “completely shocked” by the gesture.
When asked what she would say to Rodgers if they ever met, Kessler replied, “I’m sorry for being so embarrassing. But he’s a great role model and someone who I look up to.”
