It’s NBA all-star weekend, and Milwaukee Bucks forward Pat Connaughton is trying to recruit some help when he takes part in the NBA Slam Dunk contest.
Connaughton posted a picture of a note he wrote on Twitter, recruiting someone named Christian. The picture also contained a picture of a baseball.
Oh, and he also tagged Milwaukee Brewers outfield Christian Yelich in the tweet, that read, “Christian, I have a great idea, meet me in Chicago this weekend.”
Connaughton is one of four players taking part in the dunk contest, which happens on tomorrow just down the road from Milwaukee in Chicago.
Perhaps Connaughton should recruit another former Badgers state MVP in Aaron Rodgers, as well. Giannis Antetokounmpo will already be there.
The other three taking part in the dunk contest are Orlando forward Aaron Gordon, Los Angeles center Dwight Howard and Miami’s Derrick Jones, Jr.
The all-star game gets underway tonight with the rookie-sophomore game.
