Aquinas girls ranked No. 1, Central boys sit 4th in first AP poll

The first set of polls for Wisconsin high school basketball were released by the Associated Press this week and the undefeated Aquinas girls are ranked No. 1.
The Blugolds are 12-0 as they sit atop the Division 4 rankings. Right behind them at No. 2, is 11-0 Melrose-Mindoro. Onalaska (10-3) sits ninth in Division 2.
On the Boys side, 7-1 Central is ranked fourth in Division 2.
In Division 3, G-E-T (6-3) is eighth, while Bangor (7-0), coming off a state football championship, is ranked No. 1 in Division 5.
