MILWAUKEE — The Wisconsin Herd will play the first three home games of their inaugural season at BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The home opener for the Milwaukee Bucks’ minor-league team was to have been Nov. 17 at the Menominee Nation Arena under construction in Oshkosh. But Herd president Steve Brandes tells the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that the building will not be ready in time.

The Herd plan to run buses to Milwaukee for the game against the Windy City Bulls. The team also will play its second and third home games at Bradley Center, but those games will be closed to the public because of the costs of opening the building to fans.

Plans now call for the Herd’s first game in Oshkosh to be Dec. 1 against the Iowa Wolves.
